Where can I find my nearest Forage Kitchen?

We have locations across Wisconsin - in Madison from our very first location on State Street to Monona, Middleton, Hilldale and Sun Prairie. In Milwaukee, you can find us in the Third Ward at the Milwaukee Public Market as well as in Whitefish Bay and Pewaukee. And in Illinois, visit us in Champaign on the University of Illinois campus. Do you have nutritional information?

Not yet, but we’ll have detailed nutritional facts soon. We’ll update the website with all the information once everything is finalized.

Can I see a list of your ingredients?

Absolutely. Our online menu shows the main ingredients for each dish. You can also download a detailed list of dressings here.

How do I sign up or see my rewards?

Start earning Forage Rewards today when you sign up here on our website. Or download the Forage app, create an account, and you’ll be able to check your points, see available rewards, and redeem them directly from your phone. The Appfront app is available on both iOS and Android platforms.

Do you deliver?

Yes! You can order directly from our website or app here. We also partner with Uber Eats, GrubHub and DoorDash for deliveries in many areas across Wisconsin and in Champaign, Illinois.

How do you source your ingredients?

We source locally using ingredients from Wisconsin purveyors when possible. Some items are available year-round and others are seasonal. We’re proud to support our community and bring only the freshest ingredients to your plate.

Do you cater to dietary preferences such as vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free?

Absolutely. Our grain bowls, salads, and wraps can be customized to meet a variety of dietary needs. We also offer gluten-free bases (like organic black rice and cauliflower rice) and a wide selection of plant-based proteins and dressings.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes! Just let us know about any allergies or special dietary considerations when you place your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you safely.

Is Forage Kitchen eco-friendly?

Yes! Sustainability is at the heart of Forage Kitchen. We source locally using ingredients from Wisconsin purveyors and farms that use regenerative and organic practices when possible. Our to-go orders include compostable bowls and recyclable lids, compostable silverware, and recyclable cups.

Do you offer any plant-based protein options?

Yes, we provide a variety of plant-based protein options, including tofu, tempeh, and vegan lentil meatballs, to cater to our vegetarian and vegan customers.

Is your kombucha available for purchase in bulk?
